Anyone ever heard of this organization? any feedback? I have a buyer of one of my properties using this as their pre qualification letter and I've never heard of it. is it a solid financing source or will they and I have to jump through hoops to close the deal?
claims that this is a $0 down lender pays all closing costs non profit loan program.
