Areas near Ausin
Hello,
I am from Dallas thinking about moving to the Austin area soon. Was planning on looking for a duplex to live in and rent one side out for my first investment deal. What areas near Austin would you suggest cash flow well and have good growth?

I would agree with the growth of the area. Try to contact property management company's and ask them if they have anything about to go on the market. Also it's a good idea to contact a local agent. If you don't have one I'll give you mine.
