A to B, B to C Wholesale Deal - Do you transfer the Deeds Twice?

Hey Bigger Pockets Community,

I am looking at doing my first wholesale transaction. For reasons I don't feel like explaining here I need to do a Double close or an A to B, B to C transaction. Should I have the title company prepare the deeds for both transactions?

    @Matthew Haskins

    When you do that form of transaction you have to complete two deeds and, just to be safe, both transactions should have title insurance. Even though B (the wholesaler) holds the property for only a few minutes, they do own the property.
