Proper inquiry etiquette
I am communicating with a listing agent for a bank owned property that has been on market for over 200 days. Id like to find out what offers if any the bank has received and what amounts have been rejected.
I wanted to come right out and ask the agent this but wanted to see if this is the right approach and if not, find out from the BPC what approach you might take!
