Need Help!!!!!
SOOOO I think I kind of learned the business backwards, I started marketing, sending yellow letters, posting ads and bammm, I have sellers ready to sell, I have already lost 5 sellers because I didn't know how to finish the deal. So before I lose anymore deals I would like to JV with someone who really knows the business and are getting deals done. I currently have to sellers in the NC area ready to sell!!
