When remodeling a  3 Bedroom 1 Bath how much value is adding a another bath considering flipping the house

Typically it makes a big difference, but there is no set amount how much its worth. Check the comps in the area see what the difference is between and 3/1 and 3/2. You can also get the opinions of a few local realtors.
