Hi all, When marketing for pre foreclosure property's do you wait sometime since the lis pendens is filed or asap? (I send out to about 200 newly lis pendens with no response) Thanks in advance

Premium finance whole life is a great product (medium and high Net Worth folks) 

basically, (please don't quote me) it's a one-time payment and the rest you borrow from the bank. ask an insurance agent or PM for more info
