Storage leasing

Hello, I'm currently looking at a property that has a large garage/barn that I'm planning to use for storage. I'm looking to see if anyone has advice or can point to resources about legal documents for leasing, and lease forms. One big question is insuring that storage. Would u require the person leasing the property to have own insurance if for say, a fire happened? Thank you, Vince
