Hi! I am new to investing. My plan is to start wholesaling houses. I've seen a couple for sale by owner properties that I am interested in.. After doing the formula and determining that it is a good deal what is the next step. Do I need to have my team in place? When I say team I mean title company, contractor etc. how do I determine how much repairs cost? Should I have someone in place to do a walk through? Does the property have to be free and clear? Sorry for all the questions! I am really motivated but need guidance! Thanks guys 😊

It looks like you need to learn the basics before building a team so you will have credibility.  Consider reading the BP books on this site about investing in and managing rental properties and flipping properties.  They will give you a good education on what matters.  The podcasts are also great resources to get you started.

Jim.
