Red Flag Property Listing "Keywords" That Say Run the Other Way!

I'm compiling a list of key words and listed information for a VA that will be scanning MLS and other property listings that are an immediate red flag about that property. The most obvious for me is "as is." What other words, information, facts, etc. would cause you to immediately skip that listing?
