Business banking?

What do you all use for your banking?  I hold properties out of state and want to change from my current bank.  Thinking about Capital One now as they seem to have a low cost offering.

How did you guys pick?  Was local presence to you important?

Thanks!!

Kenny

Kenny,

my properties are out of state as well, i use the bank that provided loans to me. i like to keep everything right there and makes it easy to pay mortgages online as well, by just transferring it over. I would choose a bank you think will help you out as well and do business with that bank.
