Seeking recommendation on REI friendly agent in El Paso, TX

I am currently seeking advice on a realtor/agent, or broker that is real estate investing friendly. To work with me on my investing, investment opportunities and also, to help me find my first buy and hold property that I will be using as a primary residence (one of the units). For my first buy and hold, I will be using my VA home loan and looking for a 2-4 unit that I can use one of the units to house hack.
