looking at a property tommrow It's has a mortgage the person is highly motivated if the pay off is out of my range as far as a wholesale deal . I'm considering trying to put together a subject to deal who can help in New Jersey

First question would have to be, are you sure the mortgage is assignable and no due on sale clause?
Lisandro Garcia banks have many restrictions and every year they add more to prevent any subject to in our market.
I tried before but did not succeed but if I was say in Virginia or North Carolina or any market not in NY/NJ subject to are much easier.
I have done plenty of Subject to's / Lease Options in Fayetteville NC over the years. I have 3 now I am trying to sell. Questions?? Contact me.
I have done a few subject-to deals in NJ. It works if structured properly.
