Hi!

Can anyone recommend a knowledgeable Attorney/CPA combo, who deals with RE transactions, does not have to be in the Denver area (although that would be nice). Need to set up some entities for existing properties I have and others I am purchasing in 30 days. Tax issues, partnerships, etc., Thank you in advance for any help!
