Hey! How does it work if a house is being sold by the owner and potential buyer is going through a realtor? Does seller have to be willing to give part of proceeds as commission??? Or doesn't buyer have to be willing to go solo without realtor? Please advise! Thanks!

The buyer is free to have a buyer's agent and pay him/her.
