credit is shot and I have little to no capital but i've been going to meetups sharing my story and a I met a realtor that actually sent me an email saying he knows a FSBO that's willing to sell below market value and is willing to link us but my question is what should I do ? I don't know the area which is actually front royal, VA? PLEASE HELP
