Class B Neighborhoods
I was listening to a Paula Pant podcast a couple days ago where she talked about Class B neighborhoods. Is that really a thing or did she make it up? If it is a thing, how do you find these neighborhoods?

Yes, some investors view by class
A= best possible location and high end homes return on investment is not normally a high percent.
B= good schools just not the higher end priced homes usually find a few older homes with people who don't move as often.
C= usually outskirt of the inner city more crime lower grade schools
D= inner city more rundown a lot of section 8 and government housing.
WARZONE= gangs violence a place people don't want to travel and feel unsafe.
