curious as to what kind of bank rates anyone has gotten in 2017? 

I got a loan with Capital One for my 2nd investment (closing in May) property, and it's 5%. 

Bought my first one 3 years ago and it's 4.6%. 

Need to know if this an acceptable current rate?
