Realtors commission on FSBO

What is a fair amount that you would pay a Realtor for bringing you a buyer on your FSBO?

Commissions in general range from 2.5% to 3% in my market. On FSBOs it's generally expected to be at 3% because the buyers agent will need to do a lot of what would be the listing agents job in coordinating the transaction. Of course everything varies from market to market.
