It Is Finally Time To Sell!
I am finally selling my first real estate property! Anyone in MD can share with me what the 4bed/ 2bath houses in Capitol Heights are selling for? I want to make sure I'm not asking for too much and that I'm not under valuing my property as well. I intend on listing it for a little over $200k. After it sells I'm looking to reinvest the money into another property to flip. All experienced advice and suggestions are welcome!
