Seller Financing Advice

Hello and Good Morning,

I live in the Dallas/Fort Worth part of Texas and looking for tips and advice on Seller Financing.

Are there any recommendations on getting some upfront knowledge and research before I find a seller financed property?

I know there are contracts to sign and agree to between me and the seller financing the deal. Maybe you know some good lawyers in the DFW area that can give advice and that are familiar with the process.

Any tips or advice are welcomed.
