Owner finance assistance or lease option

I need assistance with understanding how lease options work. I have a property on the mls for lease but I'm thinking of taking it down and trying to do a lease to purchase option or rent to own. My issue is I don't know the best way to pull this off. I met a guy a few months ago at a reia event that focuses on wraps etc but I want to know if there are any BP users who frequently owner finance or do lease options.
