Raw Land Offer Calculations
I'm new to Raw Land investing and I've identified several potential buys but I'm not sure how to calculate my low ball offer. Does anyone who does raw land deals have a formula for calculating those offers? I've heard 'offer pennies on the dollar' but from the tax bill, average of local comps or what? THank you for your help
