I want to sell my home but not become homeless

Hello I'm new on here but I need some advice, I want to sell my house it goes for a good amount but I don't want to sell it and not have a place to live, I want another home ready for me to move my stuff in as soon at my home sells. What should I do?

I think this sounds like a very common problem, and I would like to hear the answer. Surely this topic has been discussed somewhere on the forums before and people have come up with a few different kinds of solutions.
