I have little credit I just started working on it, and I been at my job for less then 6 months.
Is there a way I can put 50-100k down payment into an Duplex; house hack and pay the bank or lender back?

Thanks for the help, I have two properties in mind one is for sale and one is foreclosure I think i will go with selling then buying on the same day, but isn't there a process if they are getting a bank loan?

Hello I'm new on here but I need some advice, I want to sell my house it goes for a good amount but I don't want to sell it and not have a place to live, I want another home ready for me to move my stuff in as soon at my home sells. What should I do?
