Where would you be if you had started investing at age 20?

Hello BiggerPockets,

I was recently speaking to an investor and as the conversation went on he said "I wish I could have started when I was your age". I am a 20 year old with a passion for real estate investing and want to know where would you be if you had started at age 20 and what would you say to your younger self to make them take the leap??
