Having a Real Estate License and Investment Properties
Im in the process of getting my real estate license ,but I'm becoming more interested in flipping and rental properties. What benefits and drawbacks , if any , are there by having my license while investing. And does it limit me in anyway ? And how does it increase my opportunities for find good deals?
