Title company keep changing the closing date

Hello Everyone 

I'm buying a REO and Title co changing the closing date less than 24 hours before the closing.

It has been changed twice now title company says no ETA. There is no issue from bank. Now the title company waiting for VA Form I don't know what it means.

I said to the closing agent I sold my home and I’m staying in hotel! but they are cool and saying it happens.
