Do you prefer a 15 or 30 year loan?

I'm curious to hear your opinions on 15 vs. 30 yr loans.  Which do you prefer and why?  Obviously cashflow is less on a 15 year loan in the short term, but you save so much on interest...can it be justified?

Always a 30. If you want to pay off your 30 year loan in 15 years, nothing prevents you from doing so.  But a 30 gives you much more flexibility for when life's circumstances change and you need that lower payment.
