Buying a section 8 tenanted rental - how do I get registered

I'm in contract for a section 8 tenanted rental in Baltimore. How do I get registered with section 8. Do I need to be an LLC or can I get registered in my own name? Or should I find a PM who will handle all the paperwork?

Any help would be great!

@Michelle D. great,  Section 8 is good but do your due diligence for the property and the tenant,  I know, money is "coming for the housing authority"  but you need to know who are the tenants?   We have some rentals with section 8,  you need to call the housing authority, paperwork is easy, you can handle it no need for a PM to do so? also here in Miami you can have it under your name or an entity,
