Hi All,
I'm looking for a good agent in the greater Lansing area that has some knowledge about real estate investing. I have yet to find someone who I think that I am actually getting a benefit of having them work for me. I have also sent him 4-5 properties that I found on the MLS that I haven't been able to get into get and are now pending sale so that didn't make me the happiest this week.
