Investing in Rental Property in Indiana

Hi all,

I am looking to invest in rental property in Indiana. My main goal is cash flow, and I would definitely need a property manager as I am out of state.

Does anyone have experience in this area, what neighborhoods are best for occupancy, tenant quality, etc.?
