Selling Property on Biggerpockets feedback.Who has succeeded ?

Good morning,

I wanted to know if any of you have sold their property on Biggerpockets ? (Directly to investor without the use of a broker) 

I noticed a great deal of replies but doe people actually go ahead and close. If so do they require viewing the property or do they only ask for a Property Inspection or even go strainght ahead ?: I presume most buy Out of State.
