Good morning,

Does someone know if a foreign investor does a Fix and Flip in the usa also pays Self emplyment tax ?

Is the 15 percent withholding Tax (Minus gains if any are made...) refunded the same year ?

Thank you

@Nicholas Aiola

Thank you very much for your clear answer. Regarding the second question, does the second person (ie my mum) also need to obtain a ITIN number or can it be done only under one ITIN ?

Many thanks again

Good afternoon,

For a foreigner having one ITIN number looking to create a LLC with a partnership (Mother and son) does the second person need to apply for a ITIN number ?

Is it possible (Without creation of LLC) to share the income on rental property between 2 persons in order to reduce tax ?

Thanks a lot for your help. Much appreciated

Good morning Alabama experts,

I wanted your opinion on why the Appraised Value is so much higher than the Value that properties actually sell in Alabama (Calhoun County) ? In other states like Georgia it is mostly the opposite (Real Value higher than Appraised value.)

Thanks a lots

Hello,

When you do not have a Mortgage and being a foreignor Is it possible to only have General Liability insurance for a property. Can it cover Multiple properties and does it come a lot cheaper than having Landloard Insurance (Covering Fire, hazards, Wind... ) ?

Thanks a lot
