I wanted to know if any of you have sold their property on Biggerpockets ? (Directly to investor without the use of a broker) 

I noticed a great deal of replies but doe people actually go ahead and close. If so do they require viewing the property or do they only ask for a Property Inspection or even go strainght ahead ?: I presume most buy Out of State.

I am new to Bigger Pockets. I can see many adds for selling property using this Website. I noticed there are no fees for the adds and no fees in case of a sale. Do the sellers actually have a sellers agent or does it go whit no brokerage fees ?

Good evening to all experts. 

I have a question regarding the value after a Single Family has been converted in a Multi Family. It now is a a 4 unit studio.

The value of this property from the tax county is 29000 $ and the resale price is 60000 $. Is the tax county assesment always accurate or is it the fact that with the yield increase (due to the multiple tenants (4)) and the conversion works owner can resell at a higher price ?
