Realtor selling my home

Is it common practice for a realtor just to wait for a response after a showing or is best for the realtor to be at the property for each showing. It just seems that after every concern the potential buyer has already left the premises. I’ve had a few close sales that if someone would have been to answer questions immediately, i felt my home should have sold long ago.

Listing agents do not participate in showings.  That's just the buyer's agent and the buyer(s).
