SFH has stained concrete floors - pros and cons?

Hello Folks,

I am looking for some feedback since one of the homes that I am considering to buy in TN has stained concrete floors.
Has anyone had any experience with it? What are the pros and cons?
1) Renting - Does tenant prefer this or I will be having a hard time to rent it because of the floor?

2) Selling -  How about when the time comes to sell?
