Is title insurance enough for a lender foreclosure?
Hi fellow investors. I'm purchasing a bank foreclosure. They have turned down my contingency to be able to title search the property, but they have title insurance and are willing to convey that to me. Looking for advice from other investors who have encountered this same scenario? Thank you in advance.
