which is better for a seller: FHA or conventional
Am selling one of my properties, I see lots of discussion for buyers on which type of loan to use, but what about for a SELLER.
i have two comparable offers, but one is subject to FHA and the other Conventional loan. Which is better for me as a SELLER

Hi @Richard Russell,
For a general answer yes Conventional is better, however. I worry more about the lender than the program. Is the property that rough? If you have a decent property that everything is serviceable than it is pretty moot. If you property has some real "condition" issues (exposed wires, missing handrails, roof half off) your conventional lender may still flag it.
