Buying a foreclosure with solar panels

Hey all, So I’m coming across this for the first time. I’m buying a foreclosure that currently has solar panels and have no idea what the process is. Can anyone provide feedback? What do I do with it? Do I own it? I feel like I would be better off removing it, can I? are there costs involved? so many questions. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
