great questions and I would like to hear other peoples input on this here is what we use for managing 1700+ rental units and selling 250+ turnkey properties here in Memphis TN
Finances - Quickbooks
Projects - Asana
CRM - Copper and Podio (investor fuse)
Contractors - Propertyware
Managing properties - Propertyware
We also use google drive to store all of our pictures of properties and other info. we take a lot of pictures before during and after the sale they have come in handy so many times.
