New construction - Buyers Agent

Hello everyone,

I'm currently taking a look at buying a New Construction home.

I've done a fair bit of research (online) for what to look out for and what to avoid when talking with the New Construction Sellers agent.

I have zero experience in dealing and negotiating NEW construction deals though.

Will I need a buyers agent?  Does anybody have any recommendation for a Buyers agent who could help represent me?

I'm not fully aware of what a RE agent who has experience in dealing with New Construction could help us with that a regular RE agent couldn't accomplish.  Would anybody here know?

For further insight, I'm looking at either a Pulte Home for new construction or a M/I home.  What could I expect from speaking with their representative other than just a walk through of the model homes?

Thanks everyone!
