Area in Indianapolis (Garfield Park)

Hi everybody. 

I'm looking to make an investment near Garfield Park in Indianapolis (cross street: Schiller & S Alley 25E).

Anyone can advise me if it's a decent area in Indianapolis? I'm not looking for the best area in town, but I'm also against investing in a bad area with lots of crimes. Any insight is appreciated.
