Hello everyone, 

I'm considering an investment in Valhalla in Milwaukee (W Villard Ave). Would anyone please advise if it's a good area to invest in? I'm not looking for the best area in town but also not interested in an area with crimes.

Valhalla is one of the most popular areas to invest....as long as it's not any of the condos on Villard, you should be good..imo
