Anybody could share his/her Opendoor experience?

Hi,

I recently stumbled upon Opendoor and also visited one home that was hosted by opendoor. I also found out they also buy home and give you the flexibility of choosing your own closing day. This intrigues me because timing is important in real estate and sometimes it's out of our control. I'm wondering if anybody has used their service and what's it like? Is there any other "hidden fees" other than what they show based on the estimate of your home? Thanks a lot!
