I closed on my 5th SFR (all in the last 14 months) yesterday and it feels good! 🙏🏽 my goal was to buy 3 properties but I have surpassed that initial goal! I think I’m gonna slow down now!!! Lol

Fantastic! @Brian S. If each passed your cash flow analysis and puts your money to work, you did the right thing. Don't overlook the importance of having reserves for fixing them up.
