What are the limits to helping someone sell their house?

What are the limits to someone helping the seller sell their house without a real estate license? They are not interested in working with an agent, but just want to sell by owner. There are a few things that I can do for them through my skill sets to get the buyers, but I am wondering at what point would I be crossing the "you need a license" line?

More information on the situation.

The seller is not as tech or marketing savvy, so that would be the first thing I could do to for them. Second is if any buyers were interested I could take down the information and relay it back to her and she makes the decision what to do with that information. Is this an okay thing to do?

you can relay the info, but if you get paid its illegal, you need a license to market and take profits. I would suggest looking into wholesaling
