Has anyone used Starwest Mortgage to fund investment deals? They have an offer for refinancing and no closing costs. I'm always skeptical of anything that sounds to good to be true. A quick search of google and lending tree show 5 star ratings. So I have to ask the experts here, any experience with this company and the no cost loan?
