I'm currently gearing up for my second home purchase and would like to stay local. Is there anyone currently from the LI area investing in Suffolk? If you are, what do you look for? If not, where are you investing?

Hi @Shaun M.
I am currently picking up a house in Floral Park for a flip and will be looking in Suffolk soon for the next deal. I am liking Bay Shore and West Islip numbers. Let me know if you need anything or want to discuss further.
Best,

Absolutely! I am in the middle of a deal in Ronkonkoma right now. It's not always easy, but there is money to be made out here. Just have to look and work harder than other areas.

Planning on BRRR but since I am a licensed agent as well I am going to list it and sell if the price is right.

@Shaun M. I can't there isn't enough square footage. That's a great way to force cash flow though.

I'm a realtor in long island. I know a few people flipping in Suffolk county. They make good money. I'm trying to gather up a little more capital to start flipping some houses myself.
