I have a total of 6 rental properties. I have 4 that are free and clear that I paid cash for. The 4 houses are currently worth $480,000+- . I paid around $400,000, I am wondering if I should refinance the houses or stay where I am. I feel cash poor and house rich.  Thanks for you information and help. Located in Oklahoma

@Todd Powell when I say cash poor I mean I dont have liquid cash to purchase other properties. I would like to convert my equity into cash in hand to buy more properties and scale quicker. And copy the BRRR at a faster pace.

@Cassi Justiz thanks for your input, I am trying to figure out all options and go from there.
